very informative and affable staff, marvellous location near local bars and restaurants, the beach and surrounding areas and the boulevard. exceptionally comfortable beds, cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and a work desk in the room.

We had a great time staying in this hotel! the location was perfect, with lots of great dining and shopping options nearby. the room was very comfortable and clean, with all the facilities we needed, including comfy beds and a great breakfast.
It's a shame that the air conditioning only works in the summer. We had to deal with a lot of street noise because we had to keep the window open.

Great location, close to the beach and shops. The view from our room was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel offered a good selection of food and drinks.
We stayed here over new year and the staff was rude and unhelpful. Check-in was a disaster, we had to wait for hours to get our room and there were issues with the towels.

The hotel had a good location, close to the beach and to several restaurants. the breakfast was decent and the room was comfortable. We also enjoyed the view from our window, which was nice.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not great. Our room felt damp, the floors were dirty, and there was no ironing board available.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke English fluently, which made communication easy. The hotel was clean and well kept, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a nice variety of foods. I particularly liked the location, it was within easy walking distance to great dining, shopping and the beach.

The location of Diego De Almagro was fantastic, with a great view from our room. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were very attentive. The hotel also had a safe and secure parking facility, which was important to us.
